Restaurant Ordering Platform
The problem
Nearly all delivery orders came through aggregator apps taking a double-digit commission, and the group had no customer data of its own โ no phone numbers, no order history, no way to bring anyone back.
What we built
We built a branch-aware ordering site with live kitchen status, area-based delivery zones, and a customer account that stores addresses and reorders in two taps. Order notifications go to a tablet in each kitchen.
What changed
- Direct orders carry no aggregator commission
- Customer contact data now owned by the group, not the platform
- Repeat ordering enabled through saved addresses and order history
