Interface and experience design
Halt Designs delivers interface design as wireframes, a component-level design system and a clickable prototype in Figma. Design engagements run two to five weeks and can be commissioned on their own, with files handed over for another team to build if preferred.
Aesthetics are the last ten percent and the first thing everyone argues about. We try to spend the argument earlier, on structure — what a visitor is deciding, what they need in front of them to decide it, and what can be removed.
What you receive is a system rather than a set of pictures: type scale, spacing, states, and components that a developer can build without guessing.

Can I hire you for design only?
Yes. Roughly a third of our design work is handed to an in-house or third-party development team. The files are documented so that handover does not require us in the room.
