The problem
Site progress, drawings and variation orders lived across WhatsApp groups, email threads and a shared drive. Finding the approved version of a drawing took hours and occasionally cost a rebuild.
What we built
We built a portal organized by project, with versioned document storage, dated progress logs with photographs, and a variation-order workflow requiring written client approval before work proceeds.
