The problem

A growing 3PL competing for CPG and DTC accounts is selling trust before it sells a service: a prospective brand is handing over its inventory and its customer relationships to a company most have never heard of. A site that does not surface real scale, category-specific compliance and existing client volume loses that decision to a bigger, more established-looking competitor before a call ever happens.

What we built

The site puts real numbers directly under the fold rather than behind a "why choose us" page: orders processed, active client count, facility size and years operating. Compliance-sensitive categories — CBD, raw materials, FDA-approved goods — get their own treatment rather than a single bullet point, and a request-a-quote and pricing page sit ahead of a general contact form as the primary paths to convert.

What changed

  • $100M+ in orders processed and 100+ active clients stated on the homepage, ahead of any service description
  • Category-specific compliance capability (CBD, FDA-regulated goods) given dedicated treatment rather than a single features list
  • Request-a-quote and pricing surfaced as the primary calls to action, not a general contact form
