These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://haltdesigns.com and the services provided by Halt Designs ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide web design, web development, e-commerce solutions, mobile app development, hosting, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each project are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement provided to the client before work begins.

2. Quotes & Payments

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Projects typically require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion and before final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Hosting and maintenance plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Late payments may result in suspension of work or services.

3. Client Responsibilities

To keep projects on schedule, the client agrees to:

Provide required content, images, branding materials, and credentials in a timely manner
Respond to review requests and feedback within a reasonable timeframe
Ensure all materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party rights

Delays in providing materials or feedback may extend the project timeline.

4. Revisions

Each project includes revisions as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be billed separately at our standard hourly rate, communicated in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered website design and content created specifically for the project.
We retain the right to use non-confidential project work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Third-party components (fonts, stock images, plugins, libraries) remain subject to their own licenses.
All materials remain our property until full payment is received.

6. Hosting & Maintenance

We aim for 99.9% uptime on hosted services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Free support periods included with project packages cover bug fixes and minor adjustments — not new features or redesigns.
Either party may cancel a recurring hosting/maintenance plan with 30 days' written notice.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable and work completed beyond the deposit value will be billed.
Completed and delivered work is non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halt Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Warranties

We warrant that delivered work will substantially conform to the agreed specification. We do not warrant that websites will be error-free, achieve specific search engine rankings, or generate specific business results. Third-party services (hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs) are outside our control.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting spam through our forms, or using our content without permission. All content on this website is the property of Halt Designs unless otherwise stated.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
